My husband and I live in Texas. After years of visiting central and southern Oregon, we decided to start looking at vacation homes. We did an online search for agents and Meri's name and contact info came up as one of the top buyer's agent in Oregon. When we initially contacted her, we thought we wanted to stay in the central Oregon area along the Umpqua River. We had several phone conversations where she got to know us, our lifestyle, our travel habits, how often we would be visiting, what activities were we hoping to enjoy while there, etc. Prior to making the first trip to start looking at homes, she told us on the phone that she really thought we would enjoy the Willamette Valley. So she wanted to schedule home viewings in central Oregon as requested, but also asked if we would be willing to look at homes along the Willamette River that she thought would fit our needs perfectly. We laughed and told her sure but we were pretty sure we wanted to buy in central Oregon. After a few days of looking at homes along the Umpqua River, we did not find anything that we were excited about. So on the next few days, Meri really wanted to introduce us to the Willamette Valley. Knowing that we love wine, she took us to a few of the local wineries, explaining the history and culture of the area. We enjoyed getting to know the area and we felt very comfortable. She had 3 homes along the Willamette River that she wanted to show us. We knew immediately when we walked into the 2nd home that it was our future vacation home. Everything about it was right. We were so excited and in love with the home and the property. Meri took the time to get to know us, which led her to believe that we would love the Willamette Valley, and she was right. Meri was professional and personal from the start. She made the buying process seamless. After enjoying the home for several years, we made the decision to sell. Of course, we contacted Meri. She not only sold the home in record time, she sold it for a record price. I am so glad we trusted her for our buying and selling needs.

The home I purchased was being listed by what I consider to be a sub-standard, low service Realty. I looked for and found a very experience Realtor to assist me in the purchase, even though the sellers agent was offering to assist with their in house team member at no cost to me. Meri Kerekanich is a true real estate professional and I could not have completed this purchase without her excellent advice and guidance. Meri took total control of the purchase once I contracted her services and I did not have to do anything more. It was totally obvious to me from the beginning that Meri had a lot of experience in the buying and selling of homes and that provided a lot of comfort to me. She provided excellent advice, arranged all of the inspections and made sure the seller's Realtor had completed all of the necessary paperwork. I highly recommend Meri kerekanich to anyone who is seeking the services of a Realtor.
