Firstly, Kelly has an amazing personality, shes very optimistic and always responds to our queries promptly. She knows a lot about the DuPont area, she was able to tell us about the neighborhood and what it has to offer, while giving us an insight into what the HOA covers. Shes very helpful, we definitely felt like she had our best interest at heart. Even though we have closed, the relationship we have with her is still intact, shes willing to help us out with the move and anything else we need assistance with. We are out of state, but she made the process very transparent, from the initial walkthrough to the final walkthrough. She had good advice on the negotiation process and made sure we were in a good position at all times. This is our first military move and were happy to have the opportunity to work with Kelly on our home buying journey!

Knowledgeable, tireless, and thorough. I could use a lot of fantastic words to describe Kelly and her team but Ill stick with these for know. Kelly knows the market, she knows how to make deals, and she knows what right looks like. But most importantly she makes sure she knows what you are looking for. Her attention to you as a client means she knows how to help guide you to a perfect match. This is especially beneficial when you are looking for a home while in a different part of the country. Kelly never stops working for you. Even on weekends and time she should be resting she is working to help you find a great home. Nothing is going to get past her because she is constantly on the job. Even after she is done selling you a wonderful home she is going to help make sure your move into the home is fantastic as well. And she is thorough. She looks into all the details, thinks about all the issues, and provides all the recommendations needed. To the point where she isnt trying to sell you simply the best home. Shes trying to sell you the best home for you. Making sure you are thinking about things you never thought to question before. I cannot recommend Kelly highly enough and you will not regret giving her a call for anything home related.
