If youre looking for a realtor who will go above and beyond at every stage of the process, Kelly Barron is the one you wantaEUR"and the one you need. Kelly helped me purchase my first home in 2021 in an extremely competitive market, and I was doing it all from out of state. She stayed on top of listings the moment they hit the market, guided me through every step, and made sure I put in a strong, appropriate offer that ultimately secured the home in just three days. Her knowledge of the Washington market and her ability to negotiate aggressivelyaEUR"while still keeping things fairaEUR"made all the difference. Fast forward to 2026, I trusted her again to sell that same homeaEUR"and she delivered in a completely different market. Even while I was out of state, Kelly handled everything. She sourced contractors at competitive rates, coordinated staging, scheduled every appointment, and even stopped by the house herself to take care of all the extra details most agents wouldnt think twice about. Despite a slower market, she got my home sold in about ten days and at the price I wanted. The entire closing process was absolutely smoothaEUR"like glass. What truly sets Kelly apart is her communication and character. She is always one call or text away and responds incredibly fast. No matter how many clients she has, she makes you feel like a priority. She is upfront, honest, and consistentaEUR"something Ive respected about her from day one and that never changed over the years. Beyond the transaction, Kelly genuinely cares. She would send personalized letters and thoughtful gifts during the holidays and always remembered the small details about me and my family. That level of care is rare and meant a lot. I can say without hesitation that Kelly Barron is the best realtor Ive worked with. Whether youre buying or sellingaEUR"especially in challenging situationsaEUR"she is the professional you want in your corner.

We cannot recommend Kelly highly enough! She managed our Olympia property as a rental for years and with total professionalism, keeping gourmands entirely at ease even after we moved out of state. When it came time to sell, she seamlessly navigated listing the home with tenants in place, secured a great offer, and navigated the entire appraisal and closing process flawlessly. She is proactive, deeply knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. If you need a top-tier property manager or real estate agent, look no further than Kelly!

Kelly did a great job and was super responsive. Whenever I showed interest in a house she would set up a showing within less than 24 hours. Kelly also help guide me through the process as a first time homebuyer and ensured that I got the best deal. Overall I would work with Kelly again and could not have asked for a better experience.

Kelly helped us prepare for the sale of our home with suggestions on how to present the house in the best possible way. She provided insights on the local market and what buyers were looking for. We were able to set a date for listing well within the timeframe we needed. The photographer she hired really showed off the unique features of the house. Kelly made sure to document all the upgrades we had done over the years. We ended up under contract in a few short days. Kelly is a true professional!

We had an amazing experience working with Kelly to sell our home.
