She was so patient and took the time to answer my never-ending questions. Ashley helped us to look at everything and always made sure to point things out that we needed to take into consideration when we didnt recognize it for ourselves. She worked with our ridiculously difficult schedules to help us see houses and was always positive about making it work. She understood our needs and, even though I looked at every house on all the websites, it was one of her recommendations that ended up being the perfect home for us. ZillowVERIFIED I was absolutely floored with how meticulous and helpful Ashley was from the get go. She knew the answers to basically every question we had and if she didn't know, she found the answers quickly for us. We were on such a tight timeline to find a home (>90 days) and with her we were able to find something we love, put in an offer and close with a month to spare on our timeline. If we showed interest in any of the homes we looked at, she would send us an email with ALL OF THE INFORMATION on that home, along with her thoughts on what we could do for offers if we chose that home. She is kind, helpful and always ready to go for whatever we needed. She relieved so much of our stress during our house hunting and made it such a joy to go look at homes with her. I could go on and on, but we are just so thankful she was our realtor and would recommend her to literally everyone in this area looking for a home. She knows what she's doing and makes it look easy! Making an offer on a home and navigating the process for the first time can be overwhelming with all of the important financial considerations and time sensitive paperwork, but with Ashley's help all of this went very smoothly -- she is incredibly knowledgeable about all aspects of the process, very patient and thorough in answering any and all questions, and prompt with follow-ups with other parties involved in the process (in our case, the seller's agent, loan officer and others involved in inspections). As a result of her guidance and expert advice, we were able to go mutual on our purchase offer within just 2 days of viewing the property, and closed within just a few weeks after that. She went above in beyond in ensuring that we were able to close on our home in time for a major holiday weekend as well, which really helped to give our move a head start. Since then, Ashley has also been sending us really helpful updates about our home's value and the overall market conditions in our community every month, which helps us to both monitor the estimated equity in our home and to make future financial plans. It is evident from the dedication and time Ashley put in to help us win our dream home, both during the closing process and with monthly follow-ups afterward, that she truly cares about her clients and wants to see them happy with the outcome. My husband and I have been living in our home for about 8 months now and couldn't be happier with how things turned out, and are really appreciative of the monthly updates we've been receiving as well. But, Ashely was remarkable how she handled both purchases. She was expeditiously responsive to all my inquiries. Not being able to physically be present to inspect the homes, Ashley provided me with very extensive videos of the properties. Buying a home can sometimes be stressful so it was awesome having someone who could break it down and explain things. She was available anytime I needed her and answered all of our questions. We don't have a very flexible schedule so she really worked with us to meet us after business hours. We had to close in 30 days and she made it happen for us. I would highly recommend her!!!

ZillowVERIFIED We feel so lucky to have been randomly assigned to Ashley. We had initial interactions with a couple of other realtors, but she was so responsive and such an excellent communicator (both listening and explaining) that we chose to work exclusively with her. It was a very stressful time to buy since we were out-of-state and this was all happening during the Covid19 shut-down. However, Ashley was fantastic at providing timely information and sound advice. We trusted her completely, something that we rarely do. Ashley also cared and did her best to ensure that we ended up with a house that we loved. In fact, knowing our needs and wants, on her own (without our asking) she arranged for a tour and took videos of the house we ended up purchasing! We will forever be grateful.
