We had originally worked with a different realtor and lender team last July, and granted we had not been in touch with them in nearly 6 months, but I had always said when the time came I would move fast. Well, that time came on a Friday morning in January, and by the time I heard back from our original team later that evening, Kayla had already connected me with her preferred lender, Josh at PrimeLending, we were pre-approved and had our viewing first thing Saturday morning. This market is challenging for buyers, but we found ourselves in a unique position and with Kayla's gumption and grit, we made an incredibly aggressive 1st offer, it was accepted on Sunday. ZillowVERIFIED So we were in touch with Kayla as she is part of a Non-Profit fund raising group of young adults. Once we knew we were moving, but without an actual moving date, from the beginning she was there. With every call, e-mail or text message, she was always there and responsive within 4 hours. At first, I was wondering why she isn't answering, but once we looked at houses, she gave me her undivided attention and made sure that she was answering any questions I had. If she didn't know, she said she would find out and always got back to me.I've met a lot of Realtors, but none that has made me and my husband feel like we were the priority. It isn't an easy promise to move the entire family, so it's helpful having someone who is calm and collective throughout the entire process. Since we were moving from out of state, Kayla made sure that we had the keys and the heat was turned on for our welcoming. Above and Beyond is what I would say about Kayla and now I am very happy to call her my friend. How many other Realtors can you say that about?Thank you Kayla.

ZillowVERIFIED We moved here from out of state and worked with Kayla. We couldn't be happier. She is professional, friendly, knowledgeable and prompt to call you back. I am in the service industry and it means a lot to me when I get it back in return and I did. We bought new construction and she was great when we had questions for the builder. She showed us house's we asked her to show us. She didn't waste our time. We would defiantly recommend her to anyone and would use her again when we move back out of state. We don't feel there was one thing she could have done any better than she did. Again great to work with.
