Kayla turned a daunting home buying experience into a much smoother process than we thought was possible. We have been in our house for a year now and couldnt be happier with how everything turned out. It is our first house and Seattle is a very competitive market. Most houses in our price range are sold within the first week and receive multiple offers, so timing is very important and so is having a strong offer letter. Kayla helped us with both and we got a house on our first offer! We started scouting locations and styles over the summer to figure out what we wanted. Kayla took Saori out several times in the fall to look at places, even though we wouldnt be ready to make an offer for a few more months. She went the extra mile to make sure that we knew what we wanted so we could get just that. When we were ready to pull the trigger in December, Kayla found 5 places that met our requirements and took us to all of them over the course of one Wednesday afternoon. The last one was it, and we decided to make an offer the next day. By Saturday afternoon, our offer was accepted! We didnt have to do anything crazy like complete the inspection before making the offer, or give up our right to back out if anything was off. Kayla recommended a good broker, and we were able to close on the house in less than 45 days, including the Christmas and New Year holidays. We were lucky, but it takes more than luck to get the right house, for the right price, and as quickly as we did. It takes a great real estate agent, and thats Kayla Preston.
