In a very difficult market, she showed us over a hundred houses over a 2-3 month period, provided her honest and unbiased opinion and advised us on our offer terms. She was always very patient with us and made herself available many times a week; we never felt rushed when we were looking at houses, and she never pushed us into making a decision we weren't comfortable with. As a buyer from out of Georgia, I thought Id rely more on the expertise of a local agent and I was impressed by Rocco teams stellar reviews. However, my experience was totally unsatisfactory and the outcome disastrous. I worked mostly with Karin in Katies team. While Karin was pleasant in her demeanor and accommodating, she was inexperienced, as I later realized, when it came to negotiation. When making an offer, I was presented with skewed sale data and inaccurate rental prices. For the Purchase and Sale Agreement, I was not properly explained the limited contingent power of aEURoeright to request repairs. Katie was involved in late stage of the negotiation but was not helpful either. I ended up losing entire earnest money. This could have been avoided if it were handled by an experienced and knowledgeable agent. I regret I relied too much on their interpretation of the Purchase and Sale Agreement. When things became contentious, I didnt find my agents and broker on my side. Thats the lessons I learned and hope they might be useful for you.

ZillowVERIFIED I really don't know what to say. Or maybe I have TOO MUCH to say, about this incredible team. My 2 young boys, 7-mo-pregnant wife and I moved ACROSS COUNTRY, California to ATL. We were renovating our house to sell in LA while buying/inspecting and renovating our new house in ATL. Some would call us insane. But you know what actually IS sane. How talented Tory, Karin and Katie are. Wow. Thank God for them. Seriously. To put it in context, our family took an aggressive and intense 7-day trip to Atlanta to look for an area to live and find a house in said area. We were *this close* to settling on an area we weren't wild about, with a realtor who just didn't measure up - we constantly felt was steering us in the wrong direction. Not knowing the area, that was pressure we didn't need. Day 5, we had had it, and as we were throwing in the towel, we happened upon an area we loved, and by the GRACE of the REALTOR GODS, found Katie and Tori. With 36 hours left in our trip, put in a call to Katie, who immediately called us back from LONDON, and directed us to Tori, who also called quickly. We axed our other realtor and put all our eggs in the Katie/Tori basket :) Tori knew her stuff inside and out and was totally willing and excited to do a marathon search our last day. With two young boys, we were clearly stressed. She stepped up and handled our situation perfectly. She listened to our check-list of "musts", found wonderful options, answered every single question we had, AND watched our wild boys while Wifey and I tried to envision our lives in each of the houses we toured. We didn't find the house, but we did find the neighborhood. We headed back to LA and a few days later, (like Tori insisted would happen), our dream house came on the market. This is when Tori KICKED IT INTO OVERDRIVE. She scheduled every inspector (many), multiple contractors and managed the entire process. She met each inspector AND contractor at the house, FaceTimed with us and didn't just relay information, but KNEW the information, made suggestions, truly got it. And MANAGED THE RENO. What?! We did a lot of work to this house, and had about 3 weeks to complete it before moving in. She never showed stress, never didn't have an answer. And brought another awesome team member into the process. Karin. Another WOW! She not only made every transition moving into our new house smooth (like HOA info, insurance recommendations, which gas, electric, cable company we should go with...) BUT she also gave my wife a head start in our preschool search, pediatricians, best hospital to give birth. She was a wealth of information! These 3 ladies are truly a powerhouse. We don't know where wed be without them, well either still in LA or homeless in Atlanta. Thank you, Team Rocco.My family and I were at heightened anxiety levels with everything going on, working with so many people, and the ONE THING we never worried about was the Tori/Katie/Karin team.
