I recently moved to the area and began my house search back in early Q4 of 2019. I met Kathy through one of her open houses I attended. After the open house she was persistent in following up therefore I decided to sign on with her and the Re-max team throughout my home buying journey. Being a first time home buyer I was new to the process and that alone can be quite intimidating. Throughout the process she was extremely responsive, proactive, easy to work with, and patient as we looked at over 20 properties together. It was by chance that I met Kathy, due to a refrigerator calendar she sent to my home. When I was contemplating selling my home in Springfield Virginia of 20 years, Kathy eased my fears of the entire process. She is diligence when selling your home, gives solid advice on tips of what could be done to enhance the sale without being pushy. Kathy is responsive to your needs, and beyond.
