ZillowVERIFIED Kathryn and I worked together for almost a year due to my budget and lack of inventory in Snohomish County. I haven't owned a home in 10 years, so I was a bit rusty. Kathryn was patient and had the heart of a teacher. I had a seller under contract that did not comply with the required repair due to bad well water testing, which I discovered during the home inspection with her referred inspector (shout out to Jason at Trinity Inspection). The seller refused to refund my deposit and she was able to resolve the issue within 24 hours. I looked at multiple houses (between Snohomish County and Bremerton) and every time she was honest about the property - sometimes she was tougher on it than me. I always felt like she was looking out for my best interest. In March, I closed on my home and started rehab (it's a 108 year old house in a historic area!) and couldn't be more satisfied. I highly recommend Kathryn.

ZillowVERIFIED Kathyn took the time to guide me through the steps as a first-time homebuyer. I wasn't rushed while I was searching for homes in Snohomish County on her realtor website. However, my family and I are well aware of the hot housing market in PNW. Upon submitting an offer, I wanted to waive inspection, but she put the brakes on it! She recommended to get an inspection just to be safe. I was able to get the offer accepted and trusted her throughout the negotiation process. We were able to communicate clearly and responded within minutes with any comments or concerns that I have. She was very transparent and didn't waste time while I was under contract. Seller agreed to meet conditions for closing costs that is fair on both sides. Because of her I was able buy a home in a decent neighborhood to raise my children!On the other hand, listings are scarce so I had to put more legwork than anticipated though the homebuying process. On one occasion, I was recommended a home that did not fit my criteria. She is not to blame since the housing market is too competitive here. If you are a homebuyer, please do your research and have patience. Regardless, it was a great experience working with Kathryn!
