Kathyn took the time to guide me through the steps as a first-time homebuyer. I wasn't rushed while I was searching for homes in Snohomish County on her realtor website. However, my family and I are well aware of the hot housing market in PNW. Upon submitting an offer, I wanted to waive inspection, but she put the brakes on it! She recommended to get an inspection just to be safe. I was able to get the offer accepted and trusted her throughout the negotiation process. We were able to communicate clearly and responded within minutes with any comments or concerns that I have. She was very transparent and didn't waste time while I was under contract. Seller agreed to meet conditions for closing costs that is fair on both sides. Because of her I was able buy a home in a decent neighborhood to raise my children!On the other hand, listings are scarce so I had to put more legwork than anticipated though the homebuying process. On one occasion, I was recommended a home that did not fit my criteria. She is not to blame since the housing market is too competitive here. If you are a homebuyer, please do your research and have patience. Regardless, it was a great experience working with Kathryn!
