ZillowVERIFIEDBridgette was an absolute pleasure to work with as my wife and I searched for our first home. Being first time home buyers we had a lot of questions and Bridgette and her teammate Katherine were always there to help answer those questions and more importantly anticipated the questions we needed to ask. She made the buying process seamless and stress-free. We can happily say we are now in our dream home, and we are grateful for all that Bridgette did to make that possible.

ZillowVERIFIED Katherine is the best! She has sold one house for us in less than 24 hours. She helped us buy a house with no issues and the process was too easy. We now have another house listed with her and expect an offer by the weekend! She is knowledgeable, smart, personable and is the best!

ZillowVERIFIED Katherine was amazing!! She helped us find the perfect house. She is by far the most knowledgeable realtor on the market and has your best interest in mind. She helped us with the building of our new home and even fought for us when the builder tried to rush us to close before the work was done. You will not be disappointed if you choose her to buy or sale your home. We will absolutely be working with her again in the future for any home or land purchases.

ZillowVERIFIED Throughout every aspect of the sale of our home Katherine was professional, organized, persistent and detailed. If you are looking for someone to be proactive, attentive and a guide through the journey of buying or selling a home, the choice is Katherine. She respected what success in the process looked like for us, and made that her goal.

ZillowVERIFIED Katherine is an all around awesome person and realtor. Beginning to end Katherine was very responsive and incredibly patient with me. She guided us in every step of the way and truly gained our trust when providing feedback or options. To say that she had our best interest at the forefront is an understatement. She approached the entire process with a personal touch and thought process as if it were her family buying the home. This was a VA home loan and she was very familiar with the ins/outs of the process. Again, super patient with my impatient questions and unwillingness to let the process play out. We were truly blessed to find Katherine and have her work with us on our home purchase. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home, I know that we wont use any other realtor when the time comes. Thank you Katherine for all that you helped us with, it was truly a pleasure.

ZillowVERIFIED Katherine is very personable and works every aspect of the deal to perfection. She makes sure that every detail is thought through to perfection. She helped us sell a house and buy a house simultaneously and both deals went through without a single flaw. I have bought and sold 19 houses in my life and I have never had a deal go through as perfectly as this one. Thank you Katherine!

ZillowVERIFIED We just purchased a home in Williamsburg, moving from New York. The entire event (locate, evaluate, visit, offer, etc.) was not only time consuming, but overwhelming to say the least. Katherines knowledge and input, as well as her being very meticulous, helped make our decision processes easier and decisive. Katherine responded very quickly to our every call, worked very hard to solve all problems - due to logistics, even went back to revisit our choices and take additional pictures that helped to make our final decision. Thanks Katherine for your tireless efforts.

ZillowVERIFIED Katherine was great to work with. She was very honest throughout the process and was very prompt. If she said we would hear something by a certain time we did at that time or earlier! There was things that she checked for in houses that we didn t think to do. This was very helpful with us being first time homebuyers. I would definitely recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED Katherine takes time to learn about you and your needs in the home you are about to purchase. She knows the area well and has great insight into what will make the property a great home for you. She also has connections to the contractors in the area in the event you might wish to do anything from simple updates to a major renovation. Katherine looks out for her clients best interest all the way to closing and beyond. She assisted me in obtaining a great home for this stage in my life and the entire process was one of the smoothest I have ever experienced.

ZillowVERIFIED Katherine was great! She kept me focused on the end result which was selling our home. She was professional and personal. Selling a home is stressful either way you look at it. However; Katherine made it less stressful by keeping me informed, and really looking out for what was best for us to sell our house. She stayed with us every step of the way from the day the sign went in the yard to the day the house was closed on. If you can have Katherine list your house you are very lucky. She will work for you and get the best bottom line for you.

ZillowVERIFIED Katherine clearly demonstrates the reason why a good realtor is worth every penny. Dedicated, knowledgeable and honest approach to the entire process of the real estate transaction. Excellent communication and guided by reasonable actions they will be required to ensure a positive sale . Shell never over promise and deals with appropriate coaching to her clients in securing a win-win. I highly endorse her ability to serve any client looking for a honest, trustworthy agent for either the listing of a home and certainly for the purchase of a home.
