ZillowVERIFIEDKatelyn was extremely professional and knowledgeable about all the different facets of home buying. Her being incredibly communicative during uncertainty is what I most appreciated about her style of service. She helped me mentally prepare for possible outcomes, but I think Katelyn was right on all, if not most of her guesses about how things would go. Another large part of why I am able to feel safe and happy in my home right now, is because of Katelyn's negotiation ability. Obviously all negotiations are different, but I was able to get multiple costly upgrades to the home before I purchased it. I also have to mention Katelyn's general real estate savvy. The home I ended up buying was not even on my radar when I started looking. When I saw she had put the home on the showings list, I almost instantly knew it was for me! I think she is good at just listening to clients and really hearing them. So thanks to Mrs. Katelyn Edgar! I could not have asked for a easier process
