We were fortunate to have been referred to Karina by good friends around 20 years ago and have bought and sold a number of homes all with sound results. Its real estate, so some easier than others, but we put them to the test this go around and they stepped up every time to help get the home ready and sold. At a high level, the home (our summer place) had a pipe burst and was being completely renovated aEUR" so dealing with construction delays and homeowners that were across the country made this transaction anything but easy. Her team coordinated everything and when vendors dropped the ball, they made sure whatever loose ends needed to be tied up were. (i.e. patio furniture, trash service, construction crew lapses, etc.) Her know how and connections were put to task after the close aEUR" we needed the construction group to expedite payments to vendors and have the title company fulfill funding, processes that were legitimate, but not common to our previous transactions. At every turn, this team picked up the ball and ran with it, which quite frankly aEUR" they could have said, our portion of the work is done.
