ZillowVERIFIEDKaris expertise in Real Estate is unmatched! She is always 2 steps ahead of any obstacles that may arise and makes the entire process seamless. She always went above and beyond on every aspect of our expectations. We literally never had to worry about anything where selling our house was concerned. She even helped us to make extra money by selling off a few lots separate from the home. We listed on a Friday and had three offers by Saturday! If you want a caring, efficient agent, you will find that and more with Kari. We so enjoyed working with her!

ZillowVERIFIED Kari is the best. She listened to me in the beginning to understand what I was looking for and the areas I was interested in. We looked at multiple properties and she was very knowledgeable on everyone. I have to admit that there was once or twice that I wanted to give up and pursue other alternatives, but she helped me through it. Thanks Kari.

ZillowVERIFIED We met Kari thru a listing her office had. We did not have an agent as I usually like to negotiate my one deals. However, her knowledge of the area, connection to the community, promptness, and diligence was impressive and Im hard to impress. As many of the agents in her field are no more helpful than a door stop, Kari is a credit to the professionals in realestate.

ZillowVERIFIED Kari was fantastic throughout the entire process. We had a unique set of parameters we were looking for in a property and she was a real trooper in helping us over the course of several months. We kissed a lot of frogs and ultimately had a very difficult seller/negotiation. Kari helped us navigate these difficult waters all the way through closing. She is absolutely superlative in all she does.

ZillowVERIFIED Kari is AMAZING! Our home buying experience honestly felt like a disaster due to a lender that I would never recommend to anyone. However, Kari kept me informed and sane throughout the whole process. She bent over backwards to make this happen for us. Kari lit a fire under our lender and kept on them so they would get our loan finished in time. Kari is kind, caring, and genuinely cares about her clients. I look forward to recommending her to anyone I know looking to buy/sell.

ZillowVERIFIED Kari is an amazing person and realtor. My husband and I just purchased our first home with her and she has been our driving force through this process. She is such a wonderful, intelligent, knowledgeable agent. She is also a wonderful person. We had some hiccups through the process due to our lender and even though we changed lenders 5 days before closing (I would not recommend doing this) she handled it like a champ. She was always so positive and responsive. She helped us so much and really went above and beyond her job duties as a realtor to make this process as easy as possible. We would highly recommend her to anyone and everyone looking to buy. She is a wonderful choice and will get you where you need to be while maintaining patience and professionalism. Thank you Kari! We would not have made it through this process without you! You are the best!

ZillowVERIFIED On our most recent investment property purchase Kari was a tremendous help. Her knowledge of the local market, which I had very little knowledge of, is a tremendous asset. Additionally, her insight on what upgrades and finishes will add the most value was a beneficial as we start the remodel process. We have been working with Kari on a second location and her accessibility has been incredible at various time of the day. If you are looking for a professional & someone that acts like a partner, Kari is the agent!!

ZillowVERIFIED Kari was a blessing to my family during our home buying experience. She is more than an agent. She is a friend. She wants the best for her clients and her heart is in everything she does. My mother ended up losing her home that she lived in for 30+ years and she was devastated. Kari became a shoulder to lean on, and helped her get into a beautiful home in a great neighborhood. We couldnt have asked for a better agent to help us!

ZillowVERIFIED You guys!!!! Kari Newton is a goddess! If you are thinking of selling or buying or even if you have questions about the process she is the most knowledgeable and sweetest person you could talk to! We went through a couple experiences before talking to her and she was the light at the end of tunnel! With the market like it is today you will want to have her by your side! We were first time home buyers and we were kind of tossed aside by some others who didnt want to take the time to get to know us, our wants, and our needs. Within the very short process Kari has become a friend. She taught us everything we needed to know and more. Im even a huge worrier and she was able to keep me calm through everything. Thank you so much Kari for being such a caring and loving person, thats what makes you really great at what you do!
