Kari is the best. She listened to me in the beginning to understand what I was looking for and the areas I was interested in. We looked at multiple properties and she was very knowledgeable on everyone. I have to admit that there was once or twice that I wanted to give up and pursue other alternatives, but she helped me through it. Thanks Kari.

Karis expertise in Real Estate is unmatched! She is always 2 steps ahead of any obstacles that may arise and makes the entire process seamless. She always went above and beyond on every aspect of our expectations. We literally never had to worry about anything where selling our house was concerned. She even helped us to make extra money by selling off a few lots separate from the home. We listed on a Friday and had three offers by Saturday! If you want a caring, efficient agent, you will find that and more with Kari. We so enjoyed working with her!

Aimee Ashley went above and beyond with the purchase of our dream home. The knowledge and skillset of herself and team are send to none. I would absolutely use her again on all realestate transactions. Thank you again Aimee and the Freebird group for all of your wisdom and help making the process easy.

My husband and I cannot express enough our utmost satisfaction and gratitude for the exceptional service provided by Kari Newton as our realtor in the recent sale of our home. Her responsiveness, dedication, and hard work throughout the entire process were truly outstanding, and we couldnt be more pleased with the results. From our initial meeting, it was evident that she possessed a deep understanding of the real estate market and a genuine passion for helping clients achieve their goals. Her knowledge and expertise guided my husband and I through each step of the selling process, and we greatly appreciated her patience in answering our numerous questions and concerns. What impressed us the most was Karis responsiveness and availability. She was ALWAYS just a phone call or email away, promptly addressing any inquiries or issues that arose. Her excellent communication skills and attention to detail gave my husband and I confidence and reassurance during what could have been a stressful experience. Furthermore, her hard work and dedication were evident in the marketing strategies employed to showcase our home. From professional photography to virtual tours and engaging online listings, Kari went above and beyond to present our property in the best possible light. Her efforts undoubtedly contributed to the sale of our home at a desirable price. We are truly grateful for her exceptional service as our realtor. Karis professionalism, commitment, and genuine care for her clients set her apart in the industry. We wholeheartedly recommend her services to anyone seeking a dedicated and reliable real estate professional. Thank you once again, Kari, for your outstanding work. It was a pleasure working with you, and we wish you continued success in your career. PS - She even tried sardines :)
