Kevin, Days on market are seeing a longer time frame than in the past, there are many reasons this may be. Location, overpricing, or just slower market stats. You should as for a Property disclosure, you can take an inspector along (On your Dime) who can take a brief overview of what they see needs attention. If its an older home, expect repairs needed, but any recent updates, or concerns will be stated on the Property Disclosure which is completed by the current owner, keep in mind that they must be honest in this document.
