ZillowVERIFIED Chandra was an incredible partner throughout our home buying journey. What stood out most was his patience. Our search stretched over 9 months and we looked at dozens of homes, but he never once made us feel rushed or like a burden. He always encouraged us to find the right fit rather than settle. Beyond his patience, Chandra took the time to explain every detail of the process, from financing options to inspection reports, making sure we understood exactly what we were signing up for. He consistently went above and beyond following up on our behalf, coordinating with other agents, and making himself available whenever we had questions, even outside normal hours. We couldnt have asked for a better agent, and wed recommend Chandra to anyone looking to buy a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with him has been one of the best decisions I have made. Our journey started in 2020, and this was our fifth transaction together in five years. Every single time, he has managed to exceed my expectations. What stands out most is the balance he brings. He is incredibly professional, yet so down to earth that every interaction feels like working with family. He genuinely cares, gives honest advice, and never makes you feel pressured. When it comes to one of the biggest decisions in life, buying a home, trust matters more than anything. For me, his name has become synonymous with trust. If you are looking for someone who combines expertise, integrity, and a personal touch, I would recommend him without the slightest hesitation.

ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Chandra on selling our primary home in a high-demand neighborhood in Round Rock, Texas. Because the property was vacant, super clean, and fresh off a new paint job, the process was seamless. His firm listed the property just a few days after the photographs and videos were ready. He also connected us with excellent service providers who staged the property beautifully for showings. While prepping the listing, Chandra effectively marketed the home through his personal network and guided us on how to leverage our own social channels. The first open house was scheduled for the opening weekend and brought in quite a bit of traffic, which quickly generated offers. By the second week, we were already negotiating. Even though our listing price was aggressive, Chandra expertly navigated the buyers' counter-offers and the bit of drama that came with it. He was actively involved, keeping us looped into every single update and negotiation movement. Eventually, we landed on a deal that both we and the buyers were happy with, closing right on time with no major hiccups. Big thanks to Chandra and his team for staying on top of the entire process and successfully navigating this market!

ZillowVERIFIED Highly recommend especially if you are first time home buyer! I had a fantastic experience working with Chandra who was super patient to answer all my questions, and helped me buy my dream home in a prime location in downtown Redmond. He helped me negotiate 20k down in a very good location which I didnt think was possible and was very fast with the offer process in a competitive market. He was always available for the smallest issues and helped through every aspect of the home buying process including connecting with multiple lenders, home insurance/warranty providers. What I liked the most is he is extremely knowledgeable about the prices, locations and does data driven analysis to keep updated with the current market. He will also give honest feedback about the potential homes you might be interested in, unlike some other agents I worked with. He has good situational awareness. knows timelines, buying process and right people to approach. He is well organized, articulate, no pressure and always available to coach and offer options, Bothell market knowhow and, unparalleled work ethic delivers a high impact. I contacted Chandra in march of this year. After an exchange of expectations, he offered ideas to prioritize my needs, shared positives and tradeoffs. Search started with sharing listings and scheduling showings. During offers, we had few setbacks, but he always offered ideas to make negotiations work. In April, we got acceptance on the contract and moved in in July. Sincerely recommend him for real estate services.

ZillowVERIFIED We purchased our first Home Sweet Home with the help of Chandra. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. I dont know how many times I called him during the process but every time he addressed all the doubts and spent his time to explain things in details. Without him, I dont think it would be this easy to purchase our home. The entire buying process was so simple. Thank you Chandra. I will definitely recommend Chandra if you are trying to purchase home. I can assure that you will be happy at the end.

ZillowVERIFIED Chandra has been very patient with us in our house search and kept us informed with latest market trend often. His expertise in housing market trend and data driven approach is phenomenal which helped us in determining a competitive purchase price. His team is super talented too, specially David Orr whom we enjoyed our conversation every time we tour a house, he was very friendly with my family and has very good knowledge of Bothell area and its surrounding. Overall I find Chandra and his team great in communication and would like to work with them again in future.
