We had an outstanding experience working with Chandra on our home purchase in Redmond. He was always available, responsive, and genuinely focused on our best interests. He never pushed us toward homes or locations we werent interested in and always gave us honest, thoughtful guidance. In a market where buyers are often pressured to move quickly, Chandra encouraged us to wait when it made sense and helped us land on the right price and strategy for our counteraEUR"which ultimately worked in our favor. Chandra had also worked with the sellers agent before, so he understood their approach and knew how to navigate the negotiation effectively. That experience, combined with his market knowledge and communication, made a real difference. We never felt like we were being pushed to close a dealaEUR"we felt like we had someone truly in our corner. We would wholeheartedly recommend Chandra.

Trish was fantastic helping us buy a home. Super responsive, super knowledgeable, and super easy to work with. I highly recommend Trish to anyone looking for a realtor!

I cant recommend Ben highly enough! It took me a year to feel ready to make a move, and he was patient and supportive the entire time. He kept my listing alerts relevant to what I actually needed, answered every question I had, and never made me feel pressured or rushed. Ben was professional, thoughtful, and genuinely kind to our family, including our son. He even offered to help us move! His connections for property inspections and home loan lenders were excellent and made the process feel much less overwhelming. What stood out most was how comfortable I felt asking questions and taking the time I needed. Ben earned my trust, and I would confidently recommend him to my own family and friends. Were so grateful for everything he did for us!

Chandra was amazing for us as first time homebuyers, she went above and beyond multiple times and was incredibly patient, honest, and understanding. Would highly recommend for anyone!

Closing took longer than normal and had multiple issues with cellar deadlines. However , still closed within a reasonable time amongst other obstacles. I used down payment assistance programs , which he was knowledgeable about also has an abundance of knowledge regarding home structure and other requirements.
