Working with Kamal on buying a home was nothing but a positive experience. He is very experienced, professional, knowledgeable and transparent. Hell tell it as it is and had let us know if the sellers are playing games or are being 100% serious. And we definitely knew he was wanting us to be happy and satisfied with our choices. He 100% looked out for our best interest and not his. My wife and I were first time buyers and had very little knowledge on the whole home buying process. Kamal informed us and educated us in what to expect and what we needed to know when we were buying and even after buying on what to look out for (like taxes, maintenance, and other things we would never expected). He was there even to help with the loan process. Another great quality of Kamal was his patience. Our whole home buying journey lasted a little over 6 months; even including a pause in the middle. He was very understanding how life can throw hurdles and was ready to get back on it with little time to spare when there was urgency. He always accommodated his time to our availability and need. I couldnt had hoped to have a better first time home buying experience than what we got with Kamal. We are now very happy home owners and beyond satisfied with Kamals service of getting us our first home! Definitely will recommend Kamal to my friends when they are ready take the leap.
