ZillowVERIFIED I found Justin to be highly knowledgeable of the area. He was very patient and did an excellent job in analyzing our preferences based on our comments as we saw various properties. It took us a while to nail down on a home, but by the time we did nail down on a home Justin had honed in perfectly on our finances, location preference, and internal layout. One more point, Justin just didn't stop after we purchased the home, he helped us find contact and contractors for all the renovation work and some fixing up work we needed to have done at the house. If you are looking for someone to help you find a home and than make it your home, I would highly recommend Justin.

I was referred to him by a friend and chose him over a couple of other friends of mine mostly due to his willingness to provide information and assistance prior to me making any commitment to him. I live out of state, so the process was stressful and my property required quite a bit of repair. Justin held my hand throughout and was always as the ready when I called with questions or needs. He obviously knew the marketplace and priced the listing properly to garner multiple offers considerably over asking price on the first day. Closed the deal in under two weeks start to finish. ZillowVERIFIED Justin Cicero helped my wife and me purchase a new home. He spent days with us looking at and walking through homes which were on the market for sale. I estimate that we walked through over 30 homes. After a long day of looking at homes one Saturday, Justin said: "I have one more home, which I think you really like and it just came on the market." He said that the home was at the top of our home budget, but he thought that we would really like it. It was nighttime when we got to the home. It had all the characteristics that we were looking for. Justin knew the builder when he helped another client purchase a home from this builder. The next day Justin called the builder directly. We submitted a contract that day, after Justin negotiated more than $20,000 in home furnishing and add-ons to our home. Justin guided us to a very experienced mortgage broker. We provided all the information immediately. Justin monitored the transaction every day. On the seventh day after the builder signed the contract for the sale of his home, we closed on the purchase of our new home. Justin was responsive to our every call and e-mail communication.
