Realogics Sotheby's International Realty

Justin has helped us with a house sale, a house purchase, a land purchase, the setup of a room rental and a relatives house sale. His balance of knowledge, energy, attention to detail, communication skills and friendliness has made us feel like we have a family member working for us, always going the extra mile. Whenever we have had a question, or input (such as with pricing) he has always gotten back to us promptly. He then listened, advised and worked hard for our desired outcome. What's amazing is that he has always achieved them. In short, my wife and I highly recommend Justin and feel that anyone that has him as their Real Estate Broker has an inside track on their best possible future.

Finally moved into a new home in Seattle all thanks to Justin (As I was moving in, I heard someone say I got really lucked out. Thanks, Justin!). He's been very patient, honest, responsive, and kind through the whole process. I highly recommend him for his excellent professional service for finding me a new home with an amazing view (and many other things beyond my wish list)!

Justin's capabilities in all areas of Real Estate are amazing. He approaches each situation with insight and proficiency. We should know since he helped us sell a home, buy a home and purchase some property. His expertise in every aspect of the process was remarkable. Along the way he is a real pleasure to work with. His positive and creative energy never seems to stop. If you'd like to work with a true professional in the field you should meet Justin.

Justin is a great agent to work with. He is very patient and understanding of the needs of you as either a buyer or seller. The thing I loved most about working with Justin is his style of communication, I rarely had to ping him to get updates, he would seem to just exactly when I wanted an update. I used him for both buying our current home and selling our last home. He made sure to always listen to my requirements and if he had other suggestions, he would spend explaining the pros and cons of all approaches. Are you looking for an agent who is looking to build a relationship with you by really working with you? Are you looking for relaxed and stress-free process in home buying? Justin is your guy

Justin is by far the best real estate agent we have worked with. We worked with him on two different occasions - when buying our first condo and when buying our single family home. Justin is personable, professional, and very responsive. He quickly understands your needs and is able to customize showings accordingly. He has vast experience in the PNW real estate sector, and his advice helped us through a tough real estate market on both occasions.
