When my sister and I were tasked with selling our mothers house, we werent sure what to do. I live 1000 miles away and my sister 200. We interviewed four realtors while we were in Tacoma cleaning the house out. Juli Anne was the fourth one. She came and talked to us and looked at the house wanting to get a feel for what we were looking to do. She came back the next day with several options for us to choose from along with a realistic price. She also was able to offer services that we would have needed to find on our own otherwise. When we went home, there was still much to be done and Juli Anne was true to her word making sure the house was ready to go on the market on the promised date. Seven days after the listing, we accepted an offer and the house was sold. Everything happened in the prescribed time and now a new family will move into the house. We couldnt be more pleased with Juli Anne and all she did to make this process go so smoothly.

Enter Margo Greenman who encouraged me to meet with her lender and get pre-approved just to start a conversation. The next couple of months were an exciting whirlwind and in 2019 I bought my first house. Something I never thought I would be saying.Margo is a ray of sunshine. I get a little perplexed with the fine print and numbers, and being single and not having a partner in this process really stretched me. But Margo and her team were there every step of the way. Helped me understand everything I was signing and why. And honestly, Margo would just check in on me out of the blue and see how I was feeling. Her and her husband had to go through all of this the hard way so shes been where I was and felt the way I was feeling.There are a lot of firm dates and deadlines when you buy a house, but the week or two between things is when you can feel depleted or overwhelmed. It was nice to be able to grab coffee or just chit chat on the phone. In the end, Margo and her team at Cox-Gibson fought for me. They had a great home inspector who really spent time on my house. We were able to push back against the seller and ultimately I got a brand new roof put on, closing costs waived and money knocked off of the asking price. Obviously the market swings back and forth, but Margo fought for me and I couldnt be happier in my home.Lastly, the process of exploring houses with a realtor is fun and Margo and I had a lot of laughs and aEURoewhat the heck is this?!aEUR? moments. We looked at a total of 3 or 4 houses and I finally settled on the one that was haunting my dreams. Let my friend Margo Greenman help you buy your house!<3 B

We had made the decision to move from a house to a condo and we were checking availability and completing the walk through without professional advice. Realtors representing the sellers were all very nice but not able to answer many of our questions about the condo buying process. One or two also didn't know their product very well. When we found Juli Anne she was head and shoulders above the other realtors for her knowledge, follow through and understanding of what we were trying to achieve with our shift to a condo. Plus, she was engaging and funny, so nice to be around during a stressful process. Of course we had an "issue" once we made a decision about purchasing, but Juli Anne made an excellent recommendation on resolution that was accepted by the buyer and was ultimately good for us as well. We were first-time home buyers who began our home search while still living across the country in North Carolina-- so unsurprisingly, we had a lot of anxiety and questions. Juli Anne explained the buying process clearly (and re-explained patiently when needed) and shared a ton of local information that made it easy for us to fall in love with Tacoma. She sent us new listings daily, and refined the types of properties she sent our way as she learned more about what we like. We traveled to Washington one weekend a couple of months before our move to see properties in person, and although the trip was well worth the time and expense because it allowed us to get to know the area and meet Juli Anne in person, we did not, unfortunately, find the house that we ultimately purchased. When it came on the market a few weeks later, Juli Anne took the time to take a meticulous video of the property (inside and out) so that we could check it out. The house was charming and right in our price range, we knew based on our previous visit that we loved the area, and, quite honestly, we trusted Juli Anne enough that we decided to go for it. We moved in about a week and a half ago and although we are of course still getting settled, we are extremely happy in our new home. I definitely recommend Juli Anne.

We met her after walking into her office during a trip to Tacoma, while still deciding if we were going to relocate to Tacoma, and being unfamiliar with the town and neighborhoods. Juli Anne took us all over and showed us the neighborhoods and properties even though at that time we had not yet sold our home in Las Vegas. She was so friendly and professional that we left feeling that we had met a new friend. She stayed in touch with us in Las Vegas while we were selling our home there and provided input and advice about properties that we were interested in. She met us the day after we arrived in Tacoma to purchase our new home, even though it was right before Christmas. She showed us multiple properties and then went to bat for us when other offers had been recieved on the home that we were hoping to purchase. She even met us on Christmas eve at our home to coordinate and make sure we had the keys, inspections etc. She is literally the best-really!! We cannot recommend Juli Anne enough.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I were referred to Juli Anne by a coworker after a failed experience with another area realtor who was unable to listen effectively and match us with attractive listings. We made an offer on the very first house that Juli Anne presented to us, and proceeded with a negotiation that resulted in a successful closing. It has been over 1 year since the purchase of our home and we couldn't be happier with the location, purchase price and mortgage lender referred by Juli Anne. Without a doubt, Juli Anne has an excellent understaning of the housing market, and a keen eye for a good investment. My only suggestion for improvement would be that we did not receive a hard copy print out of the comparables. I would have liked to review the comparables in detail before negotiating a final price. I know Juli Anne did the homework and we arrived at the right price, but the micromanager in me had a desire to review it. Without hesitation, I would recommend Juli Anne as an excellent realtor and a delightful agent to work with, in the Tacoma and Gig Harbor markets.
