After my mom had a health scare, my parents needed to sell their home of 50 years quickly and move into assisted living. As an only child living far way, I could not have managed this project without Juli Anne and Cindy. They handled every detail, from initial market analysis, to inspections, negotiations, a huge estate sale and, finally, a seamless closing. It is never easy to leave one's home, but their professionalism, warmth and organizational wizardry made it as painless as it possibly could have been. Thank you!

Cox-Gibson was referred to us by our financial advisor. From the first meeting with Juli Anne and Cindy it was a very reassuring experience. They specialize in senior clients and throughout the entire process they were very supportive. Every detail was explained thoroughly and they were personally available to answer questions, give expert advice. From beginning to end the selling of our home at a very satisfactory price was conducted without a flaw. My wife and I will always be grateful to have used their services. Our estate sale went smoothly, due to their professional assistance. You will not go wrong in selecting Cox Gibson to serve your real estate needs!

I am realtor who recently closed a transaction with Cox Gibson Real Estate Group where I represented the buyer and they represented the seller. I can say that the whole team was very professional and a pleasure to work with. It's great to work with solid professionals on the other side of a transaction. Looking forward to doing it again sometime!

I love these ladies! Juli Anne and Cindy are delightful to work with. This was my first home purchase and they helped me every step of the way, including the remodel after the purchase. I highly recommend them and will go to them in the future.
