ZillowVERIFIED Judy texted me as soon as I submitted an interest in one of the homes I'd spotted, and she was extremely helpful in helping me look options that fit the area and budget I was looking for on my schedule. She went above and beyond in speedily responding whenever I had questions, and she provided good direction when we hit some roadblocks - ultimately even pointing me to the lender who processed the closing paperwork at double time in the time frame the sellers and I wanted. :) She's very efficient and knowledgeable and a real pleasure to work with! I would definitely highly recommend her -- and in fact, I already have!

ZillowVERIFIED Judy was very helpful with the selling of our home. She helped us with repairs that needed to be made and gave us ideas on what areas to spruce up to make our home for appealing. She has also shown us many homes within the past few years, and even kept us up to date on what homes were added in our area for sale. She has gone above and beyond for us in this whole process.

ZillowVERIFIED My elderly parents contacted Judy after many months of being unable to sell their home. Judy brought them copies of every home in their area to help them compare and set an appropriate price. She took photoes of the special features of their home and held an Open House too. Judy was very helpful in the negotiation stage once a buyer was found. Judy kept us informed all through the selling and closing process. She is very professional and has a thorough understanding of all aspects of real estate sales. What I loved the most though was how she treated my elderly parents with delicate guidance. She is a very fair, honest, and caring agent. I would definitely recommend Judy Behan to all of my friends.

ZillowVERIFIED Judy helped us all the way in getting our house, even through the mess the mortgage company tried causing due to me having a VA loan. If you're looking to buy or sell a house anywhere around Terre Haute, Judy should definitely be your first person to call.

ZillowVERIFIED We started our home searching journey with a different real estate agent that seem to be on the bitter side and was also rude to me and my family. We were lucky to of found Judy because she took our bad experience that we had from the first one and turned our home buying into a very pleasant and enjoyable one like it should of been from the very beginning. She is very kind and very knowledgeable and she was able to answer all of our questions. I would highly recommend Judy because she is honest and she really knows real estate and she goes out of her way to help.

ZillowVERIFIED Helpful in more than just helping find a house, she was always on time, kept me updated, checked in on us when she hasn't heard from us in a couple days. Just actually cared about us and not just helping finding a house.

ZillowVERIFIED When I first contacted Judy to look for a place, her responses were slow and it took several follow up emails to set up a time to meet to go look at places. It was a bit frustrating and when I went in to her office to tour apartments I wasn't even sure if she had read the email about what we were looking for since I never heard anything back from her. But boy was I wrong. She had ten places set up that were exactly what we had asked for, in a variety of locations and all close to our budget. She was even able to negotiate things like free washer/dryer inclusions and application fee waivers, and most of the landlords seemed to know her well. She gave great background about the area, and shared all about festivals and restaurants and local activities, and even drove routes between my work place and the potential apartments just to give me a feel for it.All in all, even though it was tough to communicate with her prior to the house hunting day, she was extremely helpful and I would definitely recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED Judy helped me with finding apartments in the Peoria area. After giving her my preferences, she put together a list of apartments and scheduled tours for them all. She was very knowledgeable of the area and provided positives and negatives to each apartment we visited. She was even able to make an apointment on the fly after I suggested a place that wasn't on her list. I would absolutely reccemmend her to anyone looking for a place to live in the area. It was hands down the best experience I have had with a relocation agent.

ZillowVERIFIED I highly recommend Judy Behan!Judy was very knowledgeable of her field, and the Peoria-area. She helped to make the sometimes stressful process of finding an apartment into a process of relative ease. She was very helpful, friendly, and at the end of the day, went out of her way in helping me find a library in the area. We found an apartment with the specifications I was looking for! Success!!!To reiterate, I highly recommend Judy Behan!

ZillowVERIFIED My roommate and I were communicating with Judy Behan via email for a number of weeks before our visit. She took all of our preferences into consideration when compiling a list of apartments for us. Upon arrival, she showed us all the apartments she had in mind for us. She helped us find the apartment we ended up signing for and tried to help us negotiate an earlier move-in date. She was very professional and very helpful during our housing search.
