When buying a home it is important to know what type of financing is right for your specific situation. Buyers that end up in the wrong type of financing can get frustrated and it can, ultimately, end with the buyer paying unnecessary costs or fees. As a Senior Mortgage Loan Officer for Ruoff Home Mortgage, I enjoy using my 17 years of mortgage experience to find the right fit for buyers. I have a degree in Economics from Indiana State University and have also won the Affiliate of the Year and Centennial Spirit Award from the Terre Haute Association of Realtors. My husband of 20 years and I are proud to raise our 2 children in the Wabash Valley and can think of no better place to call home.
