What was very cool about his listing was him being a former professional baseball player, and son of a retired Marine. We met with Juan shortly after contacting him and our successful journey began. The market was much different then and homes were selling very fast, and through all, he stayed persistent and dedicated. We closed on our home in July 2013. Even though the real estate deal is complete, Juan is now considered family. If ever a time there was a question or a repair or fix needed Juan has been there. ZillowVERIFIED Juan was a great from the beginning. I didn't know him when I contacted him, but decided to because I saw he had a good rating based on what others had posted about him. When I contacted him, I let him know that we (my finance and I) were first time home buyers and on a very tight timeline, as we were renting at the time and our lease was ending. He didn't seem to mind that we were first time home buyers and would require a LOT of help and patience. The same day I contacted him, he sent me some properties, we looked through them and that night I contacted him about which properties we was interested in. The following day, he showed us the 3 properties we picked. He told us from the beginning that if we weren't interested when we pulled up to a property, we didn't have to go in. That was the first thing we liked about him. He was only interested in showing us what we truly wanted to see! As we sifted through properties and multiple places we hated, we came across one that we wanted. We put a contract on the property and he helped us work out the contract and made us feel super comfortable. However, we didn't end up getting the house. We were very bummed and wanted to stop looking. He kept telling us to just have patience and we would find the right property for us. So we upped our budget because we didn't find anything we truly fell in love with. We did this probably 3 times. Juan never got irritated and would just send us new properties! Finally, we found THE house! Our house was posted 2 days prior to us going to look at it. He met us at the property around 7 that night. Once walked in the door and knew this was THE house for us. Juan sat with us until 9 that evening working up a contract and the next day, he contacted us to tell us the good news! Since we were on a time crunch, he even pushed to have closing sooner than normal! He walked us through the ENTIRE process from start to finish and even explained things we didn't understand. He NEVER once made us feel uncomfortable or stupid. To this day, he will contact us to make sure everything is going good and making sure we still absolutely love our home, which we do. I will DEFINITELY recommend Juan to others and use him again to buy or sell a house. He is very professional and very knowledgeable about the area. He really is the best! And let me add, he is super personable and easy to talk to!

We bought our first home with Juan 5 years ago, and sold the same home with him last month, in 3 weeks I might add. I was referred to Juan by a family friend when we were searching for a home 5 years ago. He was extremely helpful, which reassured us knowing that we made the right decision to make him our realtor. We purchased the home as a "short sale". Although many realtors warn against or shy away from these types of properties, Juan assured us that he would work diligently to expedite the process and get us in our new house as quickly as possible. I was blown away by his attention to detail throughout the process. He followed through. We got into our new home 30 days sooner than expected. When we decided to sell our home, we knew we had to go with Juan again. We werent disappointed. He provided real comps, and provided a listing price that we all thought would bring good offers quickly. Within 3 weeks, we were under contract ABOVE LISTING PRICE!! My wife and I were blown away. We encountered several bumps along the way with the buyer, but Juan helped us navigate through the process flawlessly. Juan always answered the phone when we called, and always provided honest feedback regarding any question we had. We could not have been happier with Juan, and are proud to now call him a friend. From the very first contact with Juan, he was extremely motivated, determined and commited to helping us find a house. He went to 12 different houses and FaceTime with us as he walked through every house. If Internet connections were bad, he would video record his way around the house and text us the video. He got to know our likes/dislikes and our needs and wants. He was our eyes and ears. I loved his honesty, he was straight forward with what the neighborhoods looked like, condition of the homes etc. He was very famiar with several of the areas, schools, traffic, commute time etc. He always kept us in the loop via text or phone call. Always responded back in a timely manner. Once we found the home we wanted, he took care of everything.
