Fathom Realty

Juan has been there to help for every house I have sold and purchased since living in the area. He makes it easy, efficient, and moves very quickly while putting his clients best interests first. He has my highest recommendation to anyone in need of the best realtor. Simply awesome.

Juan has been our realtor since 2012 when we were looking for our first home. His professionalism, knowledge, willingness to go the extra mile is invaluable! We have done multiple deals with Juan since 2012, and he's our go to for a reputable list of contractors, service professionals and more when it comes to our home. If you're looking for someone who has a great attitude, and work ethic, Juan is the realtor for you! He takes the time to find out what his client's like and don't like, and doesn't rush to put you in a house, but rather find a home that suits you and your family! He is like a member of our family now.

Best of the best! Great at his job but an even better human who truly cares for his clients. He is prompt, thorough and ensures every box is checked across both the buying and selling process. Would recommend every day of the week!

Juan was the best realtor weve ever used. He sold our home at the price we wanted, used a professional photographer, drone and helped stage our home for a quick sale. We absolutely recommend him.

As a realtor and as a person, Juan is top tier. I have used Juan to buy and sell 2 homes. The man truly cares about his clients and will work all hours to ensure you are taken care of. I recommend Juan and the Pinella team if you are looking to buy and sell.
