I cannot say enough about Juan and how impressed I have been with him. We bought our first home with Juan 5 years ago, and sold the same home with him last month, in 3 weeks I might add. I was referred to Juan by a family friend when we were searching for a home 5 years ago. He was extremely helpful, which reassured us knowing that we made the right decision to make him our realtor. We purchased the home as a "short sale". Although many realtors warn against or shy away from these types of properties, Juan assured us that he would work diligently to expedite the process and get us in our new house as quickly as possible. I was blown away by his attention to detail throughout the process. He followed through. We got into our new home 30 days sooner than expected. When we decided to sell our home, we knew we had to go with Juan again. We werent disappointed. He provided real comps, and provided a listing price that we all thought would bring good offers quickly. Within 3 weeks, we were under contract ABOVE LISTING PRICE!! My wife and I were blown away. We encountered several bumps along the way with the buyer, but Juan helped us navigate through the process flawlessly. Juan always answered the phone when we called, and always provided honest feedback regarding any question we had. We could not have been happier with Juan, and are proud to now call him a friend. We are building our next home, but if we were in the market for another existing home, I wouldn't hesitate to call Juan again.
