We couldnt have asked for a better experience! My wife and I were looking for our first home and went with JR as our realtor. From the beginning of our process, JR was very friendly, knowledgeable and guided us through each and every step. As first time homebuyers, we had endless questions and a wishlist of things we wanted for our home. JR was always patient, communicative, and diligent in finding a house that would best suit our needs. He was always available and accommodating to ensure we would be able to tour all the homes we wanted to see. Despite how competitive the market felt throughout our process, we always felt reassured by JR that he put our best interests first and advocated for our needs during offers, negotiations, etc. Once we finally found our dream home, JR went above and beyond to help us secure it with our VA home loan. Despite some challenges we experienced along the way with the condition of the home and some unforeseen circumstances, JR navigated the process with true professionalism and persistence, continued to advocate and negotiate on our behalf and made the closing process as seamless as he did. Overall, JR truly exceeded our expectations and made our first-time home buying experience memorable and fun. We always felt like we were in the best care with JR and his whole team. If youre looking for a realtor who is very knowledgeable, dedicated, friendly, and genuinely cares about helping you find your perfect home, we highly recommend JR!

We had a great experience working with JR. Everything was organized in a timely manner and finished on a professional note. The entire process went by so smoothly, we didn't even realize when it was done. Would definitely seek his assistance with exploring other properties in the future.

We were in peak of hot market in 2020/21 and JR came through when our previous real estate agent was too busy to cater to the numerous requests we had. We loved how JR was ON TOP of our wild requests and put in offers quickly and kindly. He got us in escrow and we were close to closing. We ended up falling out of escrow because of a personal issue. Excited to work with him and Grate Real Estate again for a future purchase/sell/rental. JR is knowledgeable and accessible with random questions and concerns with homeownership. Thank you JR for all you do to support our real estate wants and needs!

JR Rigonan was very helpful in finding our new home. He not only found plenty of properties to choose from, but he found them quickly and stayed within our budget. We happily chose one of the properties that we loved the most. If we ever had to buy or sell properties in the future, we would certainly contact JR Rigonan again!

Hands down the best realtor there is! JR guided & supported us in finding our first home for my little family. He goes above and beyond.Listens to your needs.Exceeds expectations and communicates clearly what there is to expect. He worked closely with us in finding the best strategy that was specifically for us during our home search process especially during this competetive housing market. There was a time we even got discouraged but he didnt give up and continued to work hard- I'm so grateful for that because that's when he found our home. I cant thank him enough for finding us the most perfect house we can now call our home in the best family oriented neighborhood. He even got a deal for our home 15k less than the asking price! Truly feels like we won the lottery. We also closed just a day before my little girl's bday! It was all a blessing & a smooth process throughout. Thank you JR for all your hard work. You are a key part with this new chapter of our lives. We cant wait to create endless memories with our family and friends with the home you found us. If we could give you more than 5 stars, we would! Will 100% refer you to everyone we know.

I always aim for a SMART (Specific Measurable Attainable Realistic Timely) goal. If you want a SMART realtor, I highly recommend JR Rigonan. I told him my wants and needs and he was efficient and knowledgeable in handling the real estate business. He didnt hesitate to drive 100 miles to show me 8 houses in one day. It took only about a week and we were already blessed to have an offer accepted. Hes a good listener, an efficient planner, and a very reliable agent. My experience in buying my first house was stress free. Thanks JR! May you bless more aspiring home owners with your excellent service. God bless!

JR is a God sent blessing to our family. Our family was experiencing hardships and JR went above and beyond of helping us sell our house and find a fantastic new home for our family and gave us a new fresh beginning. He has been very patient, great client advocate, generous and reliable. His hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing. A buyer that saw the property the first day it went on the market put in an offer right away. It was a complicated transaction but JR remained calm and gave us hope that everything will work out fine. After seeing over 55 houses in the last 3 months, we found our magical new home that our daughter has prayed for. Thank you JR for the gift of you and your Grate Real Estate team. I would highly recommend him to anyone that is searching to sell and find a new home. Thanks again to JR Rigonan and Grate Real Estate for being such a pleasure to work with.
