JR did an amazing job helping me find my first home. JR was a great communicator and advocate for me. I had specific things I wanted in my first home with one of them being finding a move in ready turn key home. Once we found the property, JR put in an offer and I was luckily selected out of the other few offers the buyer had received. Despite the home buying process being quite overwhelming for me at times JR made the process absolutely seamless and painless. After the inspection of the home, we found a few issues that JR took care of quickly and negotiated with the seller all the necessary repairs that needed to be done. JR was able to negotiate with the buyer installing a new plumbing system and other fixes as well. Overall, JR did an amazing job and I will gladly use his services again for any real estate services!
