His knowledge is exceptional and he knows every trick in the book when it comes to buying and/or selling a home! He's always on top of communications and lets you know something the minute it happens. He is great at explaining things in an easy-to-understand manner. He also has some great partners (mortgage brokers, inspectors, etc.) He went above and beyond the call of duty on my most recent home sale. I was technically no longer the owner of the home (renting back) and my undermount sink fell out the last night I was there cleaning. I called a plumber and they said I needed to call a granite installer. A huge hassle for me! But Josh knew a guy and took care of it for me without having to involve me any further.
