Berkshire Hathaway Northwest Real Estate

Josh did a great job finding a home that fit our needs in a very competitive Market. He was able to identify and get us a showing in very promptly which made all the difference in us finding a house that we have loved.

Josh Gibson is a fabulous, 5 Star realtor! Relocating from Oregon to Washington State brought with it a whole new set of unknowns for me. Josh was there every step of the way. He took the time to get to know me and what I wished for in a new home and community/neighborhood. He was continually upbeat and optimistic that I would find the perfect home. He is very knowledgeable and walks you thru all the ends and outs of the necessary steps. Once I found the ideal home, he got us to the finish line in record time! I would highly recommend Josh Gibson for all your realty needs.

Josh performed an excellent job on the selling of my house. Starting from the price setting and the timing of the listing, he guided us to the right direction. The due date of the closing was very critical for us as well as selling price. We were able to meet these goals successfully. We really appreciate his professional work given to us. Definitely, he was the best realtor in my past experiences of selling houses.

Josh assisted us with a house purchase and sale. He did a terrific job of listening and responding to our needs and wants throughout both processes. We plan to move back to the greater Vancouver area and have enlisted him again. He earned my highest recommendation and rating.

Josh was excellent from start to finish. Hes extremely knowledgeable, has deep experience in the market, and knows how to get things done efficiently. Communication was top-notch: always responsive, clear, and proactive with updates. He truly cared about finding us the right home, not just making a sale, and gave honest advice every step of the way. He negotiated firmly on our behalf, caught important details during inspections, and made a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. Bonus: hes a genuinely good person and someone were proud to call a friend. If you want an agent whos smart, trustworthy, and truly has your back, go with Josh. You wont be disappointed.
