Joseph Lawson,of Cabell-Childress Realtors, is highly recommended by me in getting your property ready to sell and sold.I lived 4 hours away from the house I was selling in Midlothian,Va. and Joseph and his team handled everything after only one meeting.Joseph provided me with a listing of comparable properties that had recently sold,set what I considered a fair price and got the house listed for me.Before the listing,Joseph also was able to provide assistance in getting the house pressure washed,and minor repair work on a step and front storm door.Not living in the area,I would have had no idea about who to call about getting this work done.Once the house was sold,I also had an unexpected issue with the title which the attorneys used by Joseph and Cabell Childress were able to resolve for me in a timely manner.I could not be happier with Joseph and the Realtor,Cabell-Childress.They stayed in contact with me through the entire process and got my property sold at a price I was very pleased with.What ever was needed during the process,Joseph and his team at Cabell Childress had the answer.

Joseph Lawson was the agent from Cabell Childress/Long & Foster that helped me with the sale of my aunt and uncle's house as part of their estate. It was an older home needing repairs but in a good location. He was very knowledgeable of the market, researched the listing price, and guided me through the entire process. He was very patient and addressed all of my concerns in a professional and rational manner. He guided me through the negotiations and we were able to get very close to the listing price.I hope that I am not involved in the sale of another house any time in the near future, but I would hire him again. I strongly recommend him to others trying to sell their houses.

Joseph is a great realtor with a calm, professional demeanor. He listed my house on a Thursday and we signed an offer (above asking!) by the end of the weekend. He was strong at negotiating throughout the inspection process and cool under pressure as the closing date approached.
