Joe was the best! He was super knowledgeable and was patient enough to answer any trivial question I had as a first time home buyer. My fiancee and I felt very supported and educated during each stage of the process, and could tell he looks out for his clients. Does a quick sale have to be approved by the mortgage company?

Are you talking about loan assumption or a mortgage wrap/subject to ? If its a wrap, its advised to speak to attorney about it. If its an assumption, speak to your lender about it.
