Run, don't walk, to the phone and call Jose about your listing immediately. After one of my properties had sat unsold for weeks, I was serendipitously introduced to Jose Cardenas and took him on as my agent figuring I had nothing to lose. From scented candles to homemade cookies to stylish dA(C)cor elements, he staged the home perfectly and had excited buyers coming through the open house in droves. Within days the home was sold - and it was the highest sale in Aristida at the time! Naturally, I was thrilled. Since that initial successful partnership, we have continued to collaborate on gorgeous projects, such as a West Shore property where Jose commissioned my business - Custom Windows & Doors - to execute all of the windows and doors. The mo re you fix, the higher the chances to attract a better offer and more potential buyers. Do you want to sell at wholesale or retail price? The price depends on the condition of the home but also on the skills of your advisors. You have AI to easily help you visualize the new updated look. Buyers don't have time or energy or patience or money to do the renovations. If you want top dollars, the home needs to match the price. Kitchen updates are your biggest returns. Maybe a clean up refresh and not a full demo makeover is needed. I don't know the condition of your cabinets or the layout of your kitchen. Bottom line, buyers want it easy and ready.
