To sell your home successfully, first declutter and depersonalize. Buyers need to imagine themselves in the space, so clear away family photos and anything that might distract from the potential of the home. Also, make sure your home is priced right. Overpricing can lead to the dreaded “stale listing” syndrome, and no one wants that! And finally, don’t underestimate the power of good staging. It can make a world of difference.

One of my recent transactions that I’m particularly proud of involved helping a family purchase land for their future dream home. Land deals can be tricky and involve a lot of moving parts. I was able to leverage my 20+ years of experience to navigate the complexities of the transaction, ensuring the land was buildable and negotiating the best possible deal. In addition, I provided comps for the existing house on the property, helping the family plan renovations. There were some appraisal challenges, and finding a lender who could handle the deal wasn’t easy, but we made it happen.
