ZillowVERIFIED My experience with JoiE was great. If I had a problem or issue with anything during the process, JoiE had me covered. JoiE was very organized and keep me updated on everything I needed to know and made things happen to make the whole process less stressful for me. There were times when she couldnt be with me for a few appointments, but she sent her daughter (who is a licensed real estate agent) in her place. We had a system of checks and balances with each other during the process, and everything went very slightly.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I had been through several realtors prior to giving Joie a try. After several failed attempts to secure a home we were a little hesitant (him more than me). He walked into our meeting with Joie saying he was not signing anything to make a commitment to working with her. Well let just say he didnt stick to that. Homeownership is a process that is not fun at all but through it all Joie was amazing. She seriously held our hand and when she said we will find our home (not house) she meant just that. I cant say enough good things about Joie Boykins. We closed on our home yesterday and gained someone who will be with us for a long time coming.
