He was always responsive to questions and concerns that we would text him with. He just helped us in the purchase of a new townhome which we did from out of state and the process could not have been made more seamless. First and foremost, John listens and responds and communicates well. He knows his area and lets people "buy" rather than be "sold". Were patient and methodical, and in our search for a great place to touch down in retirement, we kept coming back to Williamsburg VA. Initially, we worked tried realtors recommended by friends/family. Those didnt really work as we felt our clearly communicated desires were not given enough consideration to avoid wasting time. I appreciated the breadth of information John made available about the area and life in Williamsburg, so I reached out. Plus, he had great reviews! We worked thru the summer, emailing, texting, and taking a few trips. In the end, an incredible home at crazy good price came up. We loved it online, John confirmed it as a great deal; and, at this point wed cultivated such a rapport and level of trust that we bought the house sight unseen. John was with us every step of the way and represented our best interests regarding acquiring the property. Transition has been an amazingly smooth and almost unreal experience. All owed to John.

ZillowVERIFIED John Womeldorf (a.k.a. Mr. Williamsburg) is an amazing realtor. Like many others, we first met John through his terrific website. He showed us houses in October and March, and we purchased a new home in May. John was responsive, patient, kind, fun, a great negotiator and attentive to details. He helped us get a great deal and found things on the walk-through that we would have missed. Moving from Michigan, he was a wealth of information about the area - not only the things you need to know - but the fun things too. He even had suggestions for where we might sail our small sailboat and get good craft beer. What was truly amazing, however, is that he kept on eye on our house until we moved in including sending pictures of our lawn. Because of him, we discovered that the lawn service which we had arranged for, did not follow- through. Because this is a new lawn, John offered to buy a sprinkler with a timer and water our grass. We gratefully accepted his offer. This level of service (even after that sale) is incredible, and we are very thankful that we found Mr. Williamsburg. He is both a fine realtor and a fine man. He has truly welcomed us to our new retirement home and community.
