Liz Moore And Associates

John was a great help with purchasing my first condo! He showed me both the properties I was after and what each community could offer. He also ensured that everything went smoothly during closing.

John Womeldorf (aka Mr. Williamsburg) was fantastic to work with. His local knowledge cannot be beaten. He is responsive on weekends, nights, and holidays. He is an experienced negotiator, and that comes in handy! An extra bonus is his pleasant personality and sense of humor. And, after you close on your house, he remains a trusted advisor on repairers, maintenance people, and the like. We highly recommend John to anyone looking for a home in the Williamsburg area - you will not be sorry!

I was very pleased with Dianes help. She made it all much easier

Toby helped us find a home and helped us every step to find the contractors to make the necessary improvements. We worked with many realtors over the years and Toby is the best. We would recommend Toby wholeheartedly.

I highly recommend John Womeldorf if you are looking to buy or sell a home in the Williamsburg, VA area. John is very professional and responsive. He helped us sell our home with ease and we received a full price offer. His years of experience and local knowledge tremendously benefits his clients.
