Review I was planning on selling my house in a few years and was going through updating it. I was referred to Joel by a college friend. He was willing to come over and give me some feedback even though I wasnt putting it on the market until much later. He was easy to work with and had great feedback to get it ready. The one thing that I really appreciated was he was not trying to convince me to put the house up soon. From time to time he would call me aEUR" once or twice a year checking on the improvements and give me insights on the market. What are sellers looking for so I could adjust the updates accordingly. When I was ready to sell, he was the first person I called. He explained the process and paperwork. We had offer within 5 days. He gave me a suggested price to start the price at but also gave me the pros and cons of different avenues we could take such as starting at a higher price point. I really appreciated his expertise and timely communication.

He came to our first meeting very well prepared with a comp list and examples of the necessary listing docs. The home had been occupied by my son and his family and we needed to clean up and make a few repairs. We discussed each item and he recommended the paint color. Not only was he so great at his job but his office mngr was also excellent and was on top of the whole process.
