Q: 3. What types of clients have you worked with?

All types of clients. Upsizers, Downsizers, Relocation, First time Home Buyers, Estate clients, Probate clients, Divorcing Clients.

Q: 4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?

I helped a long time friend quickly sell his property for more than asking price, no repairs and 14 days post closing to move out! Talk about the perfect scenario for his needs!!

Q: 5. How did you get started in Real Estate?

I was laid off in 2017 from my corporate Sales job on 12/26/2017. After that lay off, I did some soul searching and had a friend working real estate that said I should give it a shot. Sounds like the best decision I've made in my career!

Over 20 + years in Sales and negotiation skills working with the top Fortune 100 and 500 businesses in the SouthEast. Rest Assured, it is all about finding common ground!!

Joe was friendly, kind, insanely knowledgeable (saved us from more than one house we would have regretted!), soooo patient, and absolutely the person you want sitting with you at the negotiation table. I was regularly impressed with the wide breadth of his knowledge of the market as a whole, our local market, specific neighbourhoods we liked, and somehow ALL the things inside a house (like please tell me how he knew there would be plumbing issues, and there were). Something I did not know going into this was that I not only wanted an experienced and knowledgeable real estate agent, but also one I'd enjoy spending time with... because when you are looking at your 17th house in three weeks and you're tired and your husband hates it but you love it, having Joe, who is kind and funny and patient, will save your marriage and eventually result in your dream home. Yes, I'm just one random stranger on the internet and you have every reason to doubt me, but trust me when I tell you that I would write this man a hundred different reviews on a hundred sites because of what a phenomenal job he did. I'd never let anyone I love in Georgia buy or sell a house with anyone else.

Joe made it appear that my house was the only house he had listed but in truth he was working on quite a few deals and for that I'm very grateful. The reason is that I was never pressured to take an offer I wasn't completely happy with. Joe wasn't desperate to close he wanted me to feel comfortable closing the deal that I was going to be happy with. He advice is worth close to 10% of a home but I got him at a steal at the sellers agent rate, lol. He was and is my agent moving forward. I hope to continue to do business with him buying and selling other properties as well as investment properties. I encourage you to think of Joe when you think of real estate. He was able to keep me connected to the market, investors, buyers, and financing. A worth of knowledge and wealth all locked away in his head.

Joe did a stellar job finding us a house quickly. We were pre-approved on a Friday afternoon and he was sending us listing Friday evening/Saturday morning. By Tuesday we were viewing houses and went under contract. He was knowledgeable every step of the way. He, also, communicates efficiently and effectively. Joe was very knowledgeable about the housing market and was a huge help in finding the right house for our family. We werent certain of which area we wanted to live in (Canton, Woodstock, Alpharetta, Milton, Cumming), and Joe was able to recommend homes in all areas. We were on a tight timeline, and over a weekend, he took us to many homes in all areas. Once we found the right house, Joe negotiated a very good deal for us and stayed in constant contact through closing. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Joe as an agent.
