1Look Real Estate

Jacquee and Greg were great! My sister and I were primarily responsible for the entire selling process our parents home, and they made it such a positive experienceaEUR|.going above and beyond, very responsive and patient.

We couldnt have asked for better realtors! Jacquee and Greg truly went above and beyond throughout the entire process! Thanks to their knowledge, dedication, and hard work, my parents home sold quickly. They were always trustworthy, responsive, friendly, and genuinely cared about helping us achieve the best outcome. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a realtor who will go the extra mile!

Joe was friendly, kind, insanely knowledgeable (saved us from more than one house we would have regretted!), soooo patient, and absolutely the person you want sitting with you at the negotiation table. I was regularly impressed with the wide breadth of his knowledge of the market as a whole, our local market, specific neighbourhoods we liked, and somehow ALL the things inside a house (like please tell me how he knew there would be plumbing issues, and there were). Something I did not know going into this was that I not only wanted an experienced and knowledgeable real estate agent, but also one I'd enjoy spending time with... because when you are looking at your 17th house in three weeks and you're tired and your husband hates it but you love it, having Joe, who is kind and funny and patient, will save your marriage and eventually result in your dream home. Yes, I'm just one random stranger on the internet and you have every reason to doubt me, but trust me when I tell you that I would write this man a hundred different reviews on a hundred sites because of what a phenomenal job he did. I'd never let anyone I love in Georgia buy or sell a house with anyone else.
