ZillowVERIFIEDMy fiancA(C) and I got pre-approved for a mortgage and our mortgage guy set us up with Jody and we knew nothing about him and were going in blind. Luckily Jody ended up being awesome. Whenever my fiancA(C) and I texted Jody a house we wanted to look at, he answered very quickly and was able to get us over to the house for a tour super quick. When we found the house we wanted, Jody was able to help answer our million questions and was always checking in. Highly recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED want to thank Jody, our realtor for the amazing job he did selling our house for us as well as how easy he made things for us. He did an amazing job posting pictures, getting the information out there for us to be able to sell. The sale was quick and efficient and he kept us in the loop through the whole transaction. I highly recommend him as a private realtor! Thanks again Jody!

ZillowVERIFIED Jody did a great job, he was responsive, and not pushy at all. Ive sold 4 houses for sale by owner prior to working with Jody but I certainly feel that my house sold faster and for probably at least 5k more than I would have gotten with selling on my own.

ZillowVERIFIED I can't say enough good things about my realtor, Jody Desnoyers! He managed to sell my home for an incredible $52,000 over the list price. Jody is not only knowledgeable and well-informed about the market but also genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. What really stood out to me was his ability to listen; he truly understood my needs and concerns. If youre looking for someone who will go above and beyond to get the best deal, Jody is your guy!
