Dez Realty LLC

want to thank Jody, our realtor for the amazing job he did selling our house for us as well as how easy he made things for us. He did an amazing job posting pictures, getting the information out there for us to be able to sell. The sale was quick and efficient and he kept us in the loop through the whole transaction. I highly recommend him as a private realtor! Thanks again Jody!

Jody is great! He helped us purchase a home in Tonawanda. Very knowledgeable, thorough, and responsive - he helped us get exactly what we needed. Would highly recommend him for anyone in the buffalo niagara metro area

My fiancA(C) and I got pre-approved for a mortgage and our mortgage guy set us up with Jody and we knew nothing about him and were going in blind. Luckily Jody ended up being awesome. Whenever my fiancA(C) and I texted Jody a house we wanted to look at, he answered very quickly and was able to get us over to the house for a tour super quick. When we found the house we wanted, Jody was able to help answer our million questions and was always checking in. Highly recommend!

Working with Jody was an absolute pleasure! We couldnt ask for better flexibility in scheduling and overall communication. As first time home buyers he made the process very simple and answered any questions we had. Would highly recommend!!

Jody did an outstanding job presenting my home. He was kind and professional giving instant feedback. I had several showings within the first week and was under contract within two weeks. He had prompt follow up and positive feedback without being overbearing
