I specialize in representing my clients in the purchases and sales of single-family residences and income property within the cities of Hinesville, Allenhurst, Midway, Ludowici, Walthourville, Glennville, Jesup, Richmond Hill, Fort Stewart, Coastal Georgia, and Savannah. I keep current of all recent transactions in these areas, and am also very knowledgeable with the local schools. Having served in the U.S. Army I am personally aware of the adventures in moving with the military and continue to have close ties to Ft. Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield. I am certified with the USAA Movers Advantage program (2006-2009), Cendant Mobility Affinity Specialist (2006-2009), as well as Cartus Network Marketing Specialist (2006-2008).
I'm a Charleston S.C. native having settled in the local area after serving in the United States Army in both the 3ID and 24ID. I have three wonderful children, who call this area home. My accomplishments include being inducted into the Sgt Morales Club, The Sgt Audie Murphy Club, President of the Hinesville Area Board of Realtors, and developing a successful contracting company, subsequently selling it to a larger chain. Current hobbies of mine include spending time with my family, traveling, farming and volunteering with various programs and organizations.

We needed to sell our old home after we moved out of state (Colorado, in fact, so no easy way to get back there and handle repairs and stuff from renters) and she handled every single thing. Set me up with repair people, lawn care, cleaning, etc. She went to the home NUMEROUS times and took pictures for me and oversaw all the repairs and maintenance. We had never sold a home before, and I was nervous about handling it from so far away, but I can't tell you enough about how great this realtor is. Honestly, I'm going to miss getting to talk to her everyday as she has definitely become a wonderful friend to our family. A ridiculously great experience selling our home, for sure.
