It is difficult to choose a realtor to help you sell and buy your home. It is full of stress and it requires trust. Customer service and professionalism is at the essence of this group. We have never had such great customer service by any realtor. Brigitte is simply fantastic. She instantly put our minds at ease with her in-depth knowledge, individualize plan, and low stress interactions. Quite frankly, it was refreshing to have someone answer the questions before we could ask them. We felt she had our best interest and needs in mind. I would recommend Brian. Brian was very responsive to all questions. Brian spent time to explain how the process worked and helped us with any questions we had with the paperwork. It has been 20 years since I last did this so I did appreciate the time he spent with us. We initially worked with a different individual and we did not have a good experience (lost a house I wanted to bid on, no bid was sent). That ended with me texting that I lost confidence in that person. Brian was always available and I feel like I met a new life long friend!
