ZillowVERIFIEDWhat can I say about Jim and his team that doesn't sound too good to be true... I've known Jim for a handful of years now. He helped us buy a home (basically sight unseen) as a U.S. Marine family moving across country. Then, when I retired from the Corps, he helped us sell it and upgrade. Now that we've relocated to Texas, he's helped us sell again. That's three transactions in three years. I wouldn't keep doing business with the man if it weren't a stellar experience. I became a mortgage lender after retiring, and worked with quite a few really great realtors, as one can imagine. Jim was preeminent among them. He is in tune with the local market, like a dadgum Steinway tech. Perfect advice and negotiation skills with purchase and sale transactions alike. And from behind the curtain as an industry guy, let me tell you, his knowledge of Washington State real estate law is invaluable. He IS the guy that folks (lenders and realtors) call to make sure their clients are receiving the best fiduciary advice possible. I cannot stress this enough. It can and will save you/make tens of thousands of dollars difference. If you wanted a guy that was willing to dip his knuckles in glass and fight for you deal, draw blood for your deal, and taste his own for your deal, I was that guy. However, if you want the guy that that guy wants fighting for him... that is Jim Pullin! He's aggressive on your behalf without pressuring you. I think his knowledge contributes to that. He's not desperate for your business. He's the solution to your problems and knows it. When you come around, he'll be there for you. Let me save you some time and heartache... don't wait to reach out. In case this review isn't clear, I cannot say enough about Jim. The man changed the trajectory of my family more than once, and he's the only guy I would ever call in Washington for real estate needs. Semper Fidelis, J. Aaron Courts CWO4, USMC, Ret.
