Troy has that rare combination of affability, knowledge, organization, persistence, and responsiveness.He endeavored to get to know me to anticipate my housing needs before making recommendations. We found effective ways to collaborate in terms of communicating priorities and arranging for viewings. We visited close to 30 houses in less than a month and Troy's organization skills came to the fore as he was always prepared and had a plan before I even stepped into his car to visit what was at times as many as 6-7 viewings in one session.I'm a first-time home buyer in the US and Troy was instrumental in guiding me through all the nuances of buying a home in WA and offered sage advice during negotiation. His guidance and follow-through didn't stop when I purchased the property, he's been actively involved in follow-ups with the sellers when needed and in providing recommendations/advice after the close, while being as responsive as he's been throughout the process. Buying a home these days (especially when you have hard-set criteria like me) isn't an easy endeavor and Troy managed to actually make the whole process fun.
