I dreaded the process that entailed the sale of my house due to the prior experience with family members and other brokers. I then got referred to Jessica Tindell and let me tell you that it was the best decision I could have made. Within 2 days we had multiple offers! This transaction/process couldnt have gone any better. Jessicas extent knowledge with the market in my neighborhood (St. Johns, North Portland) and in whole was very obvious. She not only gave recommendations but educated me on listing price. My first appointment with Jessica was at the house and she was well prepared with comps, contract and information on what to expect if we decide to go with her. Over the next two years, I was not let down. Jessica and her team handled every issue that came up quickly and professionally. The renters liked them and the house so much that they stayed for two full years.
