Jessica and Tindell & Co. have been nothing short of excellent. When I decided to move back to the East Coast in 2012 and wanted to find a property management company, I found them online and set up an appointment with Jessica. After meeting with multiple property management companies throughout Portland, I decided to go with Jessica because of her direct communication, attention to detail, and knowledge of the North Portland neighborhoods. Over the next two years, I was not let down. Jessica and her team handled every issue that came up quickly and professionally. The renters liked them and the house so much that they stayed for two full years. Tindell & Co. made owning a house clear across the country very easy for me.After the long term renters decided to leave Portland, I decided it was time to sell my house. I wanted to do my due diligence as a first time seller so I talked with other realtors in addition to Jessica. After much discussion, I decided to go with Jessica again. Her knowledge of the area, communication skills, and win-win mindset were no match against some of the best realtors in Portland. Jessica was proactive about ensuring the house was looking its best prior to being put up for sale and navigated everything adeptly. She presented me with 9 offers within days of the house being on the market with the winning offer coming in at $40K over asking price. Not only did Jessica deliver, she patiently held my hand every step of the way as we discussed strategy, options, and when I asked all the first time seller questions I could think of. From my two and a half year+ experiences with Jessica and Tindell & Co., there is no one better. If I ever do decide to move back to Portland, Jessica will be one of my first calls.
