ZillowVERIFIED Jessica is amazing. I can't even begin to explain. If you are looking for a realtor, just pick her. Don't even blink. Just do it. If you don't believe me, then keep reading. It is WELL worth your money to have her stage your house and have her team do the pictures. After you see the listing, you'll want to buy your house because it will be so gorgeous! Truly. I am pretty good with the camera, and I took photos for our house listing once, and it was all right, but her staging changes the game. More than that, she spent so much time strategizing with me on when to sell my house and how much to sell it for. Her timing was incredible. I wasn't ready to sell my house for a few months, but she knew I needed the most money out of it, and let me know I was running out of time to sell. I did my best to get the house ready to sell as fast as possible. And boy, am I glad I did! The weekend the house sold was the last weekend houses were getting multiple offers and interest rates were the lowest they'd be for the rest of the year. If that's not great timing, I don't know what it is. She has such good foresight and such impeccable timing. Our house ended up being the sold for the highest amount any house had sold in our neighborhood. We moved out of state, and I wish she would get her license in our current state so I could use her to sell my house again. Did you read this far and still not hire her? What are you waiting for? DO IT. You will NOT regret it. Really. She's incredible.

Not only did she help us find the perfect home but she went above and beyond anything we could have asked for in a realtor. In March we were given notice to move out of our rental property and given the current predicament for renters we couldnt find any rental properties. So after doing some extensive research we started the process to buy. We interviewed 10-15 realtors to represent us when we first started the process and eventually we found Jessica. And she would always have all the information ready and willing to meet me that day or the very next day. Jessica was always prepared to give me detailed information on the property such as (renovation data, prev. Repair history, upcoming spendings, hoa reserve, possible increase in monthly payments, and etc). She will give you her honest opinion and have your best interest in mind. I remember on a typical viewing, Jessica would tell me what the exterior wall, windows, floors, and etc are made out of and what the general lifespan of them are. She will point out things that the property recently replaced or needs replacing like the water heater, sink, or outlets. Jessica also pays a lot of attention to detail and was proactive in helping me. There was this one time we walked into a property, and I thought it was perfect but she pointed out that there was something wrong with the floor. She was right, the floor had a long bump and it was slanted. If anybody else was showing me that unit, Im sure they wouldnt have noticed. She also knows that my main concern was the appreciation rate of my condo. I knows its impossible to predict the market, but Jessica would research what the property was sold for in the past, whats nearby, noise level, neighborhood, safety rating, nearby schools, and etc to inform me as best as she could so that I can make the best decision. She was very patient with me and Ill only work with her in the future. I woukd recommend her to anyone!
